Order and delivery Policy

At Voile et Lumière, we offer three distinct collections — each with its own delivery process:

In-stock items take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered.
Many of these pieces are part of our sale offers and available in limited quantities.

Our Signature Collection represents our in-house labeled line, proudly sold under the Voile et Lumière brand.
All Signature pieces are in stock and delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

At Voile et Lumière, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our exchange terms carefully:

Pre-Order Items: Exchange is available for size only, and must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Underwear & Panties: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges are accepted.
Signature Collection: Signature pieces can be exchanged for another Signature item within 2 days of receiving your order.
Upon exchanging, delivery fees apply.

All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
