VEL Policy:

Delivery Time: 10 to 15 business days

VEL Signature Policy:

Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days

VEL Exchange policy:

– Exchange is only valid for 2 days after receiving your order

– No refund.

– Exchange is only valid for sizes.

– Upon exchanging, delivery fees apply.

– Underwear panties are not exchangeable.

Kindly note that this policy does not apply to items on SALE.

VEL Signature Exchange Policy:

– Signature pieces can be exchanged by any other signature piece.

Cash on delivery service

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is verified and confirmed. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing: It normally takes 10-15 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping out: Shipment takes 1-2 business days to arrive to your doorstep after pick up.

Payment is to be collected cash on delivery, You can either pay in USD, or LBP by referring to the exchange rate upon delivery.
