You will receive your order within 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed.

Kindly note that refunds and cancellations are not possible.

However, exchanging by size is possible.

Cash on delivery service

Confirmation: A confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you once the order is verified and confirmed. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing: It normally takes 7-15 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping out: Shipment takes 2-3 business days to arrive to your doorstep after pick up.

Payment is to be collected cash on delivery, You can either pay in USD, or LBP by referring to the exchange rate upon delivery.

If You wish to pay in USD, you are kindly asked to prepare the exact amount you will be subjected to, since couriers do not keep USD change on hand.

Delivery fees are fixed to $4 all across Lebanon
